Straight out of High School (Class of 2007) The Owner Whittney (Whit-t-ney) Winfrey started her Nail Career. 2009, Purplelicious Nail Parlor was born. 10 plus years doing Nails was always her Passion and Gift from Most Hight. She Loved seeing her Clients Smile after getting their Nails Done. I believe getting Dolled up is a way to express yourself. July 17th, 2020 Launched Cosmetics and Beauty products to the Dolled up Collection which birth Purplelicious Beauty Bar which is designed as a One-Stop-Shop that promotes the  Dolled-up movement for our Beautiful Dolls!
